How to file a complaint

Through the "HOW TO FILE COMPLAINT" application, citizens are enabled to submit complaints to the Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK) regarding the provision of services in the field of audiovisual media services, telecommunications and the use of radio frequency spectrum.

Note: The Agency will process only the specific object of the complaint in the specific case. Otherwise, the complaint will not be processed.
